Part three of our world tour of Scotland, England, and Wales. Shaved heads, inflatable beds, rolling countryside, salmon from a can, Dragon Soop, skinny dipping, bikers and beer, Pie Records, beach babes, sunny days, anniversary Chinese dinners, vintage Patron shots, great folks, new pals, old dogs, generous souls.

Part two of our August tour in pictures. From England to Wales, we set off from our temporary Bradford farm home and headed for Pontypridd to play on the most metal bill we’ve ever been a part of, featuring BloodSlugs, Tides of Sulfur, Black Pyre, and Thorun.
Houses that were far too nice for us. Random dogs. Big breakfasts. Chorizo egg. Watermelon MD in Starbucks cups. Sun. Welsh sex offenders. Matchbox guitars. Mitchell Tennant. The kindness of strangers. Salmon from a tin.

Off of the brand new double A side, Glasgow’s Closet Organ deliver a visceral fuzz-punk track. With guttural vocals from Stephen McLeod Blythe, Smells Like Lynx Africa is a sonic powerhouse that will leave your ears ringing. – Scottish Alternative Music Awards
Today we release a new double A side single: ‘Smells Like Lynx Africa / Fat & Die: An Autobiography‘.
Recorded and mixed by us. Mastered by Charlie Francis of Synergy Mastering (Victorian English Gentlemens Club/REM/Noisettes/Future of the Left), it’s a two track grungepunk spectacle – “like Mclusky having a fist fight with The Smashing Pumpkins in a universe far, far away” (thepunksite).
You can stream the tracks below, or over on Spotify. If you want a shiny MP3 copy for yer iPod, get it over on Bandcamp for a couple of quid.
Last night we put on a gig at the Hug & Pint in Glasgow. It was good. Tupper Werewolf was good. Ex Wives were good. We were good. You were good. The end.
and then this happened…
RIP Kay.
